Our Story
Arise was formed in 2005 to deliver media insight and execution to brands navigating radical changes in digital communications. Over 20+ years, we have been asked to do everything from pioneering the design and deployment of VOD advertising platforms to crafting just the right tone for the launch of a new streaming service.
At every turn, the constant has been this: when innovation is the core need, Arise has met and exceeded it.
Today, the company is focused on applying those two decades of hard-won skill toward public programs propelled through marketing — working with institutions and businesses to craft media communication platforms and customer access strategies that move positive ideas into our collective consciousness.

Andrew Rosenman founded Arise in 2005 after a career as a digital agency executive. He is credited with leading the development of the first IP streaming video ad platform and the first commercialized VOD DAI implementations for Comcast Cable — later driving ad tech innovation with Rogers, Telus, and CenturyLink.
Clients have included AMC Networks, A&E Television, Premion, Verizon, and Nexstar Digital. His work has been recognized with the Digiday TV & Video Award and Digiday Technology Award, among others spanning three decades of industry leadership.
Andrew serves as President of the New Jersey McGill Alumni Association. A native of Washington, D.C., he resides in The Garden State with a wife, a son, and a dog — none of whom pay him much mind.
